As a consultant she observed that a number of optometric practices lacked optimization of financial returns due to inaccurate billing and/or staff turnover. As the demand for insurance billing training increased she realized there was a need for dependable, well trained insurance billers to help practices thrive and outsourcing was a solution. It was a natural transition and RCM was born. It became such a pleasure seeing the results, she discontinued her consulting and became fully focused on growing RCM and the practices she worked with from the billing side. RCM is solely focused on optometric billing, and we tailor our services to be as individualized as your practice and its needs.
