Rebecca Pollock

Rebecca started in this business as a certified billing specialist in 2008, began billing optometry in 2009 and has been a Certified Professional Coder with AAPC since 2014. Rebecca specializes in credentialing, system setup, coding education, follow-up, appeals, and state fair hearings. She has been with RCM since April 2016. She is currently billing in Compulink, Cyrstal, Revolution, and OfficeMate. Rebecca resides in Overgaard, AZ with her husband, 2 teenage sons, and 3 dogs. She loves the outdoors, and in her down time you will find her paddle boarding, hiking, traveling, or relaxing on some beach somewhere.
