BILLING SPECIALIST
Jackie has been working in private optometry offices for over ten years as a technician, and while being cross trained for various departments, enjoyed coding and billing the most. She earned her B.A. in Biology from San Francisco State University in 2014, and is currently going back to school at UCF to continue her education. She was very excited to join RCM in 2019. She currently resides in Oviedo, FL with her family and cat Tibby. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her friends and family, bake, and watch sporting events.
